So my wife’s mom came in today into Paris CDG @ around 8am. We leave at 7am to make sure that we are on time. Long story short there was traffic about 30 miles outside of Paris and turns a 1hr trip into a 4:30hr trip. Then when we get into we get into Paris and it’s stop and go traffic through the whole city. There are no lane markers so it’s really get in where you fit in over here. Arrive in Paris at 11am leave and get back home at 10:45 at night. Not cool
Ok so my son is born and growing at a crazy crazy rate. To be honest, you can’t really prepare to be a parent. It just hits you and you got to roll with the punches. The first 2 months were a definite test. Juggling playing ball, sleep, and helping out my wife the best that I can. Very trying. Wouldn’t trade it for the world though. The person that I really feel bad for is my wife because she is on food duty, so she really doesn’t get any sleep at all. Every time baby wakes up to eat, one way or the next she has to get up. But I guess that’s a day in the life from now on out.
How nice is this application add-on. Locate your iPhone where ever it is at. Now all we have to do is get it to work in airplane mode (don’t know exactly how to do that) it’s definetly a great idea. Technology these days.
For all the one or fewer people that actually read this sorry I’ve been lagging on my post. I’ll step it up. Shot out to the one I love. Ms. Lee who is soon to be Mrs. Nichols
Lame attempt to counter the mac commercials. Like my friend said “you can get a cheap car that has certain good things in it, but at the end of the day it’s still a cheap car.”
Windows needs to stop playing catch up and concentrate on finding a new niche. But they are still dominating the market as far as the long run is concerned.
For those who don’t believe that hard work pays off think again. It pays on so many levels. One, you get to see the progress that you’ve made in real time (while you’re still doing your thing). Two, you get to look back on what you’ve done and how much you’ve improved and get a sense of accomplishment (there’s nothing like the feeling of reaching a goal you set). Three, nothing gets handed to you. You work for everything that you get and learn to appreciate it more because you worked so hard to get it.
Remember that.
